Lynne Chapman is a seasoned professional who specialises in the recruitment and appointment of executive and board-level positions. Lynne has significant experience in executive search and selection and has been working in this dedicated space for the past 18 years, formerly as General Manager of SRA Executive and Director with KPMG Tasmania.
This is supported by a background in human resources and recruitment in Melbourne, Perth and London, where Lynne has worked closely with a wide range of organisations within the corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors, including roles with the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games Corporation, Marks & Spencer and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Lynne’s networks are broad and diverse and include a national reach, particularly within Director circles given her depth of experience in the facilitation of board appointments for both private sector and Government business boards.

Sarah also leads and manages Chapman Executive’s advertising and search activities and provides candidate support throughout the search and selection recruitment process. This involvement sees Sarah interacting regularly with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensures exceptional candidate care and responsive client service. She proactively determines application qualifications by conducting behavioural-based interviews, analysing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job specifications. She utilises her training in Leadership and Psychology to gain an in-depth knowledge of candidate suitability.
Sarah holds a Diploma of Leadership & Management and a Diploma of Community Services and is currently studying a Bachelor of Human Resources (Psychology). She is also an Accredited DiSC and Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team Facilitator.
